We are delighted to assist you in finding the perfect bridal gown and formal wear for your special day. Before you proceed with your purchase, please take a moment to review our no refunds or returns policy.

Please keep in mind, that our Sample Gowns, Sale Items and Formal Wear have been tried on previously in store.  To provide transparency, we mark down the prices to account for any minor pulls, loose beads, missing buttons or stains that may result from the try-on process.

Please also note, that our regular priced gowns shown on website as $0.00 and unable to ship.  For these gowns, please book your appointment through the Book Online tab.

While we make every effort to deliver products in excellent condition, please keep in mind that the gowns may have minor imperfections resulting from the try-on process.

It is essential to confirm the dress you pick fits the measurements provided for its size. As a reminder, Bridal Sizing is very different from streetwear sizing.  Also, ensure you review and confirm the different colour options for the gown you plan to purchase.
